Basic Hand Exercises
These exercises should be done gently and without force. They are designed to help you keep your joints as supple as possible and to help the structures in your hand glide alongside one another. Do them at least 5 times each, every hour, increasing the number as you improve. Work with your elbow resting on a table and your hand up. Start with your fingers and wrist straight each time.
